Role & responsibilities
Export Documentation: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Insurance, BL instructions.
Shipment Planning & Execution: Planning shipments against sales orders, vessel/flight availability, cut-off management, and shipment tracking.
CHA & Freight Forwarder Coordination: Customs clearance, freight negotiation, shipping-line coordination, and transporter management.
Pre-shipment Inspection: Coordination with SGS, Intertek and handling inspection certificates.
Regulatory Documentation: Narcotics and hazardous-material (HAZ) documentation.
Letter of Credit: Preparing documents according to UCP 600 terms and handling bank negotiation/purchase/remittance.
Export Banking: Monitoring inward remittances and export-related debit notes.
Customer Coordination:



Interaction with domestic/foreign customers and preparation of customer-wise SOPs.
Port/Airport Operations: JNPT/Airport supervision, container stuffing, shipping marks, and cargo condition.
MIS & Order Management: Pending-order scrutiny, reconciliation with Marketing, and shipment MIS.
ERP: SAP knowledge.
End-to-End Export Operations: Coordination from factory/warehouse dispatch through final destination.

Preferred candidate profile Experience in handling Narcotics shipments /Documentation Experience in Dangerous Goods / Hazardous Goods shipments Experience in Psychotropic shipments
