HR Manager

Location: Sector 62, Noida

Shift: US Shift / Night Shift

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to manage day-to-day HR operations, employee engagement, recruitment coordination, compliance, and people-management activities. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a US night shift environment and have strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end HR operations for the organization.
Handle employee onboarding, documentation, induction, and exit formalities.
Coordinate with recruitment teams for hiring and manpower requirements.
Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and procedures.
Manage employee attendance, leave, performance, and HR records.
Handle employee grievances and resolve workplace concerns professionally.
Drive employee engagement, retention, and motivation initiatives.
Coordinate performance
appraisal and employee review processes.
Ensure compliance with company HR policies and applicable employment regulations.
Prepare and maintain HR reports, MIS, and employee-related documentation.




Work closely with management on workforce planning and organizational requirements.
Support disciplinary actions and performance improvement processes when required.
Organize employee engagement activities, meetings, and internal communication.
Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.

Requirements
2–6 years of experience in HR/HR Management.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in IT Staffing, US Staffing, Recruitment will be preferred.
Robust knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Robust interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
