HVAC Project Engineer

Position: Project Engineer HVAC

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma Mechanical / Electrical / HVAC

Location: Bengaluru / Hyderabad

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary We are looking for a skilled and responsible HVAC Project Engineer to handle the execution, coordination, supervision, and completion of HVAC projects as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day HVAC project execution at site.
Supervise HVAC installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
Read and understand HVAC drawings, layouts, schematics, and specifications.
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and project specifications.
Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, and equipment requirements.
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain project documentation.
Coordinate material requirements and follow up with procurement and vendors.
Ensure proper installation of AHU, FCU, Chiller, Pumps, Ducting, Piping, VRF/VRV,



ventilation systems, etc.
Conduct inspections and coordinate testing & commissioning activities.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and statutory requirements.
Identify site issues and coordinate corrective actions.
Support preparation of BOQ, quantity requirements, measurements, and billing documentation.
Ensure timely completion of project activities within budget and schedule.

Required Skills
Positive knowledge of HVAC systems and installation practices.
Knowledge of AutoCAD and HVAC drawings.
Positive project coordination and site management skills.
Ability to manage subcontractors and site manpower.
Valuable communication and reporting skills.
Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.

Preferred
Candidates with experience in commercial buildings, data centers, hospitals, industrial projects, or large-scale HVAC projects will be preferred.

Immediate joiners will be preferred.
