Key ResponsibilitiesProvide in office / field IT support at client locations.
Troubleshoot
Desktop, Laptop, Windows OS, Printers and Peripherals . Install, configure and maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, switches and routers . Troubleshoot basic network connectivity and Internet issues . Install and configure software, drivers and security applications.
Perform hardware troubleshooting and coordinate hardware replacement/repair. Provide basic support for servers, backups and IT infrastructure . Maintain service reports, visit reports and issue-resolution records.
Coordinate with the internal IT/helpdesk team for escalated issues. Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and service requests.
