Position: HR Statutory / HR Compliance Executive

Job Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day HR statutory and labour law compliance activities.
Maintain and ensure timely compliance with PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Gratuity, Bonus, and other applicable statutory requirements.
Prepare and submit statutory returns, challans, and required documentation within deadlines.
Maintain accurate employee statutory records and compliance registers.
Coordinate with government departments, labour authorities, and external consultants when required.
Support labour law inspections, audits, and statutory verification.
Monitor changes in labour laws and statutory regulations and ensure necessary updates in company processes.
Coordinate with payroll and HR teams to ensure statutory deductions and contributions are accurate.
Maintain proper documentation for employee onboarding, exits, and statutory compliance.




Prepare compliance reports and provide regular updates to management.
Ensure compliance across applicable company locations and establishments.

Requirements
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HR Statutory / HR Compliance.
Solid knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance.
Practical experience in PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, and related compliances.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and HR/payroll systems.
Positive communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
Ability to manage statutory deadlines independently.

Preferred: Experience handling statutory compliance for a multi-location organization. Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
