Role Overview

Lead rapid hardware prototyping, enclosure integration, thermal management, and NPI manufacturing handoff for recent electronics releases.

What You'll Build




Lead high-speed multi-layer PCB design and rapid prototyping
Oversee 3D enclosure integration, CAD modeling, and thermal management
Direct component sourcing, BOM optimization, and NPI vendor handoffs
Establish hardware QA and automated end-of-line testing rigs

Skills & Requirements
High-speed PCB design in Altium / KiCad
3D CAD modeling (SolidWorks / Fusion360)
DFM, DFA, thermal simulation, and BOM optimization
NPI lifecycle management from prototype to mass production
