We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Freight Broker for our client based in Punjab , to manage freight transport training for international business in US and Canada. The candidate will be responsible for training for connecting shippers with reliable carriers, negotiating freight rates, booking loads, tracking shipments, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and carrier partners.

train and source and book reliable carriers for US and Canada freight loads.
Coordinate between shippers, carriers, drivers, and internal operations teams.
Negotiate freight rates with carriers and customers while maintaining profitable margins.
Search and manage loads using freight load boards such as DAT, Truckstop, and other industry platforms.
Handle load booking, rate confirmations, pickup and delivery scheduling.
Track shipments from pickup through final delivery and provide regular status updates.
Build and maintain solid relationships with carriers, shippers,



and transportation partners.
Identify current carrier and customer prospects to expand the business.
Verify carrier availability, equipment type, insurance, authority, and other required information.
Resolve issues related to delays, missed pickups, rate discrepancies, detention, layovers, and other operational challenges.
Maintain accurate records of loads, rates, carriers, shipments, and customer information in the TMS/CRM.
Follow up on PODs, rate confirmations, invoices, and other required freight documents.
Monitor load profitability and ensure agreed margins are maintained.
Coordinate with accounting and operations teams regarding billing and payment-related matters.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for loads, revenue, gross margin, and customer/carrier acquisition.
