Role Overview

We are looking for French-speaking recruitment professionals to support high-volume recruitment and candidate onboarding activities for the Canadian market.

Roles & Responsibilities
Conduct high-volume outbound calls to screen candidates.
Communicate with applicants through calls, emails, and text messages throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
Follow up with candidates on pending actions and address their queries.




Guide candidates through onboarding procedures and prepare them for their first day.
Conduct candidate interviews and extend offers to selected candidates.
Manage end-to-end hiring activities using Workday.
Resolve candidate concerns through effective communication and active listening.
Maintain accurate records, notes, and recruitment outcomes in client systems.

Required Skills
French language proficiency at C1 level or above (certification mandatory).
2.5–5 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
Robust candidate interviewing and screening skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
Robust interpersonal, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
Ability to manage high-volume recruitment activities efficiently.
