Key Responsibilities:
Financial

Management &
Accounting
Oversee day-to-day accounting operations (sales, purchases, expenses, bank reconciliation)
Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure timely entries
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Manage cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning
Supervise billing, invoicing, and payment collections
Compliance &
Government Licenses
Handle all statutory registrations and renewals (GST, Shop Act, Professional Tax, etc.)
Ensure compliance with government regulations and filing deadlines
Liaise with government authorities for approvals and documentation
Audits &
Taxation
Coordinate with internal and external auditors
Prepare and finalize data for audits
Ensure timely filing of GST returns, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory filings
Maintain proper documentation for audit and compliance purposes
Legal, Property &
Agreements
Manage property-related matters including lease agreements, registrations, and renewals
Draft, review, and maintain business agreements and contracts




Coordinate with legal advisors for documentation and dispute resolution
Administration &
Coordination
Supervise accounts staff and ensure smooth workflow
Coordinate with vendors, consultants (CA, CS, legal advisors), and internal teams
Maintain records of licenses, agreements, and financial documents

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Finance (B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent)
CA / Inter CA / CMA preferred
8–10 years of experience in accounting, compliance, and administration
Solid knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory laws
Experience handling government licenses and audits
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP systems)
Valuable understanding of legal documentation and property dealings

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
