Helps turn financial information into sound business decisions, ensures reliable compliance and reporting, and provides leadership to the finance team.

Role & responsibilities
Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow planning, and financial analysis.
Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close and management reporting.
Maintain robust accounting policies, internal controls, and risk-management practices.
Coordinate audits, tax filings, statutory reporting, and regulatory compliance.
Monitor financial performance against plans; explain variances and recommend corrective actions.
Advise business leaders on profitability, costs, investments, pricing, and resource allocation.
Oversee treasury activities, working capital, banking relationships, and financing support.
Improve finance processes, systems, data quality, and reporting efficiency.




Develop and mentor finance staff and promote accountability across the team.

Candidate profile
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Skilled qualification such as CA or equivalent preferred.
Typically 810 years of progressive finance or accounting experience, including team leadership.
Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, controls, audits, and business partnering.
Familiarity with ERP systems, financial planning tools, and advanced spreadsheet analysis.
