Role & responsibilities

Supervise daily factory operations, floor management, cleanliness and machine upkeep.
Plan and monitor production to ensure timely completion of orders and shipments.
Maintain daily production reports and provide regular updates/follow-up to Head Office.
Coordinate with all departments, contractors and labour to ensure smooth production.
Implement strict quality control at every stagecutting, printing, stitching, thread cutting, checking and packing—using approved samples as QC standards.
Inspect incoming raw materials and maintain proper stock records, tagging and traceability.
Monitor finished goods and maintain accurate production/QC documentation.
Manage petty cash, labour payments and routine factory administration.
Organise and maintain samples, tags, cartons and sample records, including uploading photographs to the cloud.




Maintain follow-up files and submit weekly reports to Head Office.
Conduct stock audits after shipments and ensure physical stock matches records.
Monitor labour and contractor performance while minimising wastage and production costs.
Conduct shipment-wise post-production reviews and implement corrective measures.
Ensure the factory remains audit-ready with proper documentation, signage, cleanliness and processes.
Take full responsibility and accountability for production, quality and day-to-day factory operations.

Preferred candidate profile Experienced and should be from the backgroind of jute and cotton bag industry
