Role Description The Financial Account Manager is a full time role responsible for overseeing client accounts, managing financial performance metrics, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality service to technology business clients. This hybrid role is based in Chennai, with a combination of in-office collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring client financials, preparing reports and forecasts, supporting sales and cross-selling opportunities, and coordinating with internal teams to address client needs.

The Financial Account

Manager will maintain regular communication with clients, resolve account-related issues, and help identify prospects to improve profitability and strengthen client relationships. The role also involves contributing to team initiatives,



participating in planning meetings, and supporting process improvements within the account management function.

Maintain daily accounts, invoices, receipts, payments and bank entries.

Prepare and maintain customer and vendor accounts.

Manage GST returns, invoices, input tax credit and related compliance.

Manage Income Tax (IT) matters, including TDS, tax deductions, certificates and filings.

Ensure timely statutory payments, filings and documentation.

Reconcile bank, customer and vendor accounts regularly.

Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks and government departments when required.
Maintain proper records and provide financial information to management as needed.
