Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job requirement to candidate onboarding.
Understand hiring requirements and create effective job descriptions (JDs).
Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, qualifications, and job requirements.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and develop a solid candidate pipeline and talent pool.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Negotiate salaries and coordinate the offer and joining process.
Conduct reference checks and complete required recruitment documentation.
Support employee onboarding and joining formalities.
Maintain accurate recruitment data, candidate records, and hiring reports.
Achieve recruitment targets and improve time-to-hire and quality-of-hire.
Build robust relationships with candidates and hiring stakeholders.
