Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in hiring, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer management, and maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes, conduct HR interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
Coordinate technical and managerial interview schedules.
Negotiate salary within approved budgets and roll out offer letters.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
Coordinate background verification and reference checks.
Handle joining formalities and support employee onboarding.
Coordinate with internal teams for system access, documentation, and induction.
Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment processes.

Eligibility
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources,



Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
1–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Experience hiring across multiple functions is an added advantage.

Required Skills
Solid knowledge of recruitment and sourcing techniques.
Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals.
Excellent communication, interviewing, and negotiation skills.
Good understanding of HR documentation, onboarding, and background verification.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRMS tools.
Robust organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
