Role Description The Head of Accounts is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Hyderabad, responsible for overseeing all accounting and finance operations for the dealership group. This position manages preparation and review of financial statements, ensures compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations, and supervises day-to-day bookkeeping and reporting activities.

The role includes monitoring cash flows, budgeting, and cost control, as well as coordinating with internal teams and external auditors. The Head of Accounts will lead and mentor the accounts team,



streamline account management processes, and provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making by senior management.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Finance and Financial Statements skills to manage reporting, compliance, and budgeting.
Candidates should possess solid Account Management skills to oversee receivables, payables, and dealership accounts.
Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills to interpret data, monitor performance, and support business decisions.
Candidates should possess effective Team Management skills to lead, develop, and coordinate the accounts department.
Relevant academic background in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; skilled certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, MBA in Finance) are an advantage.
Experience in automotive, retail, or multi-location business environments, with familiarity in ERP/accounting software and MS Excel.
Robust attention to detail, integrity, and ability to work within deadlines while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
