Role & responsibilities
We are looking for a energetic HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews to hire suitable candidates as per company requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Manage and maintain recruitment records
Follow up with candidates and support the hiring process
Preferred candidate profile
Any Graduate; preference for BBA/BMS/HR/MBA HR candidates.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in recruitment or HR (preferred)
Familiarity with job portals and recruitment tools
