Understanding application requirement and deciding control system architecture. Sales support role.
Documentation- Preparation of IO list, cable schedule, junction box schedule, control logic, and other relevant project standard documentation.
Design, engineering and inspection of control panels and MCC
PLC programming, HMI programming, SCADA programming, factory testing (FAT) and site testing (SAT).
On site installation, testing and commissioning of automation systems.
Trouble shooting and maintenance activities.
Coordination between site, office and end user.
Experience on design, engineering, programming & commissioning of PLC/HMI/SCADA/VFD based automation projects.
Experience of Siemens PLC will be added advantage.
Valuable knowledge in instrumentation electricals & project management.
