KOMOKA Beauty Labs Pvt Ltd (a unit of Padmavati Industries) does contract manufacturing and private label for fragrances, deodorants, EDPs, body mists and personal care.

The head office and warehouse are in Gurugram, with plants in Jaipur and Baddi.

Location: Gurugram head office

Reports to: Director

Education: Graduate (any stream). Office management certification is a plus.

Experience: 2–5 years as an EA, PA or executive secretary to a senior leader, preferably in manufacturing or trading

Role summary

Be the Director's right hand. Manage the calendar, communication, follow-ups and confidential matters so the Director can focus on clients, plants and growth.

Key responsibilities
Manage the Director's calendar, meetings and travel, including plant visits to Jaipur and Baddi.
Screen emails, calls and visitors, and reply on the Director's behalf where authorised.
Prepare presentations, MIS summaries, letters, quotations and client documents.




Take minutes in internal and client meetings, and follow up with department heads until actions are closed.
Coordinate client visits and sample-room meetings: agenda, samples, hospitality and follow-up.
Maintain confidential files, contracts and statutory documents.
Track renewals, licences, compliance dates and key client delivery deadlines.
Handle the Director's admin and personal tasks as needed: bills, renewals and paperwork.

Skills required Excellent written and spoken English and Hindi

Solid in PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Google Workspace

Organised and proactive, with relentless follow-up

Discreet with confidential information

Presentable and qualified with clients

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
