Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Gaming Faculty to join our academic team and train students in Game Development, Game Design, and 3D Game Art. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of game development tools and the ability to explain concepts clearly through hands-on projects.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct practical and theory-based classes on Game Development and Game Design.
Train students in game development workflows from concept to playable projects.
Teach and guide students using industry-standard game engines such as Unity and/or Unreal Engine.
Provide training in 3D game assets, environments, characters, lighting, materials, and optimization.
Guide students in creating individual and team-based game projects.
Explain basic game mechanics, level design, UI/UX for games, and gameplay systems.
Provide practical assignments, project briefs, and regular feedback.
Mentor students during their portfolio and final projects.
Keep course content updated according to current gaming industry practices.
Maintain student attendance, assessments, project progress, and academic records.




Support students in developing industry-ready portfolios.

Required Skills
Valuable knowledge of Unity and/or Unreal Engine.
Understanding of Game Development and Game Design principles.
Knowledge of 3D modelling, texturing, lighting, materials, and game asset optimization.
Basic understanding of game mechanics, level design, and gameplay development.
Knowledge of Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, Substance Painter, Photoshop, or similar tools is an advantage.
Basic programming knowledge in C# and/or C++ is preferred.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to teach students with different levels of technical knowledge.

Positive project management and mentoring skills.

Preferred Experience
1–3 years of experience in Game Development, Game Design, Game Art, or Teaching.
Candidates with robust industry projects or portfolios are encouraged to apply.
Freshers with excellent practical skills and a solid gaming portfolio may also be considered.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
