Role & responsibilities
Solid understanding of engineering drawings, GD &T;, and manufacturing tolerances.
Positive knowledge of manufacturing processes such as casting, forging, machining, welding, sheet metal and surface treatment.
Hands on experience with Automotive core tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan, MSA, and SPC.
Ability to perform root cause analysis using 8D, 5 Why Why analysis, fishbone and implement effective & corrective actions.
Proficiency in using inspection and measuring instruments, including calibration concepts and CMM reports.
Expereince in conducting supplier process audits and evaluating supplier quality management systems.
Solid analytics skills to interpret quality data, identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills to coordinate effectively with suppliers and cross - functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple suppliers, prioritize quality issues, and meet project timelines under pressure.
Positive attitude, ownership mindset, and continuous learning and supplier quality improvement.
