We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and service-oriented F&B; Captain with Bar Experience to lead our restaurant floor operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Location: Kochi

Position: F&B; Captain (Bar Experience)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and lead the restaurant service team during daily operations.
Ensure exceptional guest service and a memorable dining experience.
Coordinate effectively with the kitchen and bar for smooth service.
Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, grooming, and service quality.
Train, motivate, and guide stewards and service staff.
Monitor table setup, service flow, and restaurant cleanliness.
Support beverage sales and upselling initiatives to achieve sales targets.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational standards.

Requirements
Minimum 2–4 years of experience as an F&B; Captain,



preferably in a restobar or bar setting.
Hands-on experience in bar operations and beverage service.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Good knowledge of food & beverage service standards, cocktails, spirits, wines, and beers.
Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant operations.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Positive attitude with a passion for hospitality.
