Who We’re Looking For
5–8 years of software engineering / technology leadership experience.
Engineering Lead / Manager or equivalent, ready to step into a CTO role.
Solid experience leading engineering teams in B2C / consumer technology .
Robust hands-on understanding of Java, Spring Boot & MongoDB .
Experience building scalable, high-availability platforms.
Strong product and business mindset with an AI-first approach .
Comfortable working with founders and operating with high ownership and ambiguity.
