Front Desk Receptionist

House of Transformation Gym

House of Transformation Gym is looking for a friendly, qualified, and well-organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. We are seeking someone with excellent communication skills who can create a welcoming experience for our members and visitors while managing daily front desk operations.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome members, guests, and visitors with a positive and skilled attitude.
Handle member inquiries regarding gym memberships, packages, pricing, and facilities.
Manage membership registrations, renewals, payments, and related documentation.
Answer phone calls, respond to WhatsApp messages, and handle inquiries professionally.
Schedule appointments, personal training sessions, and gym tours.
Maintain accurate member records and update membership information.
Coordinate with trainers, management, and other staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
Assist with membership sales, follow-ups, and recent member onboarding.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
Address member concerns and escalate issues to management when necessary.

Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, approachable,



and customer-focused personality.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office or Excel.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and handle a busy front desk.
Previous experience in reception, customer service, sales, or the fitness industry is an advantage.
Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
