Roles and Responsibility
Design and develop new jewellery pieces, including concept development and prototype creation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective product launches.
Conduct market research to stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in jewellery design.
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors for high-quality materials.
Create detailed designs and specifications for production, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Work closely with the quality control team to ensure all products meet industry standards.

Job Requirements
Robust knowledge of jewellery design principles, including colour theory, texture, and shape.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on quality.
Experience working in a rapid-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and projects.
