Core Responsibilities
Client Consultation and Guidance: Communicate with clients to understand their immigration needs, assess their eligibility for various programs (e.g., work permits, permanent residency, citizenship), and advise them on the appropriate pathways and requirements.
Documentation and Application Management: Assist clients in gathering, preparing, reviewing, and submitting accurate and complete application forms and supporting documents to government agencies like USCIS or the Department of State.
Compliance and Research: Stay up-to-date on changing immigration laws, policies, and procedures, ensuring all cases meet legal and ethical standards. Conduct thorough research to navigate complex or unique client situations.
Case Monitoring and Communication: Track the progress of applications, provide regular updates to clients, handle inquiries and concerns, and manage case timelines to meet strict deadlines.

Key Qualifications
Experience: Approximately 2 years in immigration (Travel Industry) coordination, case management, or a high-volume customer service role is typically necessary,



with experience in specific European and global immigration processes (e.g., Study visas, Job Visa, permanent residency) highly valued.
Skills:
In-depth knowledge of immigration laws and regulations.
Exceptional attention to detail and solid organizational skills for managing extensive paperwork.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain complex legal concepts clearly and interact with diverse clients.
Problem-solving and analytical abilities to identify solutions within legal frameworks.
Proficiency in immigration case management software (e.g., LawLogix, INSZoom) and standard office productivity suites.
Empathy and cultural sensitivity to support clients through stressful processes.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹50,760.32 - ₹65,792.43 per month
