​Job Overview

​Bolt EV is looking for an Operations Hub Executive to be the backbone of our deployment centers. You will be responsible for the "heart" of our business: the electric bikes and the riders who use them. If you love logistics, solving real-time problems, and want to learn how a green-tech startup runs on the ground, this is for you.

​Key Responsibilities

​Fleet Readiness: Conduct daily "Morning Checks" on the fleet. Ensure all bikes are charged, cleaned, and technically sound before they go to riders.

​Inventory & Battery Management: Track battery swap cycles and maintain a log of spare parts (tires, brakes, chargers) at the hub.

​Rider Check-in/Check-out: Use our SaaS platform to assign bikes to riders, verify documents, and record any existing damage to the vehicle.

​Hub Organization: Maintain the "Indori Swag" at our centers—ensuring the Nipania and Bholaram hubs are organized, qualified, and welcoming.

​On-Ground Coordination:



Coordinate with the Maintenance Technicians for any bikes that need urgent repair.

​Required Skills & Qualifications

​Problem Solver: Ability to think on your feet when a rider has a technical issue or a battery is low.

​Tech-Oriented: Comfortable using mobile apps and Google Sheets to track data accurately.

​Disciplined: Operations require punctuality. You are the first one at the hub to start the day.

​Local Knowledge: You should know Indore well enough to help riders with navigation or local hub rules.

​Education: Students pursuing Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Mechanical Engineering, or BBA/MBA are encouraged to apply.
