About the Role

Connecting Dots ERP is looking for an experienced HR Analytics with AI Trainer to deliver practical, industry-oriented training to students and working professionals.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct training on HR Analytics and AI applications in HR.
Teach HR data analysis, reporting, dashboards, and HR metrics.
Provide hands-on training using Excel, Power BI, and AI tools.
Explain practical applications of AI in recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and workforce analytics.
Conduct assignments, case studies, and real-world HR analytics projects.
Guide learners in creating HR dashboards and analytical reports.
Resolve learner queries and provide project guidance.





Required Skills
Strong knowledge of HR Analytics and HR processes.
Practical experience with Excel, Power BI, and HR analytics tools.
Knowledge of AI tools and Generative AI applications in HR.
Understanding of HR metrics, KPIs, dashboards, and data-driven decision-making.
Valuable communication and presentation skills.
Ability to explain concepts through practical examples.

Experience 3+ years of relevant HR Analytics / HR Tech experience preferred
