Key Responsibilities
Analyze HR data related to hiring, attrition, performance, compensation, and employee engagement.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and HR metrics for leadership review.
Identify trends and provide actionable insights to improve HR effectiveness and business outcomes.
Support workforce planning, headcount analysis, and forecasting activities.
Collaborate with HR Business Partners and leadership teams to address organizational challenges using data insights.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality across HR systems.
Assist in designing and improving HR processes, policies, and reporting frameworks.
Support audits, compliance requirements, and documentation related to HR data.
Work with HRIS systems to extract, manage, and analyze employee data.
Contribute to employee engagement surveys and interpret results to recommend improvements.

Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in HR analytics, HR operations, or a related role
Certification in HR Analytics or HR (optional but preferred)
