Qualification & Experience
BBA, B.Com, MBA, or equivalent qualification
Minimum 3+ years of managerial experience
Experience in Tiles, Granite, Building Materials, Retail, Trading, or related industry preferred
Proven experience in team handling, sales management, and business operations

Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage overall business operations and performance.
Lead, guide, and monitor departmental teams to achieve business goals.




Drive sales growth, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Develop business strategies and ensure effective implementation.
Review reports, monitor KPIs, and make business decisions based on performance.
Ensure proper coordination between departments and maintain smooth workflow.
