Compliance
Develop and implement compliance programs
Identify and manage legal risks
Create, enforce, and review company policies
Conduct compliance audits and prepare reports
Lead investigations into compliance breaches
Communicate with stakeholders about regulatory initiatives
HR
Onboarding, employee benefits, payroll, training, and certifications
Reskilling and maintaining a positive work culture
Recruiting strategies to keep projects staffed
Planning for the future of the workforce
Mitigating conflicts among personnel

Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in law, finance, business administration, or a related field
Additional certifications such as Certified Compliance & Ethics Skilled (CCEP)



or Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM)

Skills
Understanding of the construction industry and the challenges faced by field employees
Ability to create strategies and process improvements
Ability to work with HR and business teams to implement recommendations
