Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Field Sales B2B role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area with a salary up to 30,000.

The Field

Sales qualified will identify and approach potential business clients, present HR TEAM’s services, and develop proposals aligned with client needs. Daily activities include scheduling and attending client meetings, delivering presentations, negotiating terms, and closing sales. The role also involves maintaining relationships with existing clients, gathering market feedback, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.





The Field

Sales qualified will be responsible for meeting sales targets, keeping accurate records of visits and leads, and reporting progress to sales leadership.

Qualifications
Proven ability in B2B field sales, client acquisition, and relationship management.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand business needs and match them with suitable HR or service solutions.
Comfort with traveling within the Kolkata metropolitan area for client visits.
Basic proficiency in using CRM tools or spreadsheets to track leads and sales activities.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently while collaborating with team members.
Prior experience in HR services, staffing, or related B2B service industries is an advantage.
Minimum educational qualification: a completed secondary or higher secondary education; a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred.
Ability to communicate in English and local languages commonly used in Kolkata.
