Direct reporting to Management and will be responsible for Operational, financial, business, manpower and administration matters
Candidate should have experience in managing large fleet of vehicles and maintenance.
Should be able to plan, lead, develop and drive the team to achieve the defined goals.
Ability to define and upgrade the process, as per the Organizational requirement.
Ensure timely execution of tasks and compliance on processes and strategies by the team
Delegate appropriate tasks to the team and overview the progress to ensure TAT
Monitor infrastructures and resources to make sure proper and productive usage.
Constant check on yield & ROI and timely realization of payments for credit parties




Organizing activities/training program to develop second line Managers/supervisors all through
Review and study of various reports and performance data to gauge productivity and achieve expected goals
Organize review meetings with team to overview the performance and take necessary measures for accomplishment of organization objectives
Participation in Management meetings for defining the strategies, policies and recent initiatives
Should be adaptable and Willing to travel extensively, on need base.
