Role Description This is a full-time, in office Entry Level Learning and Development Executive role for a US process, located in Rajarhat and working the night shift. The role involves supporting learning and development programs, coordinating training sessions, and assisting in onboarding initiatives for new team members.

Responsibilities include maintaining training records, preparing learning materials, and supporting HR in implementing development-related policies and processes.



The executive will collaborate with managers and employees to identify training needs, schedule sessions, and ensure timely completion of learning activities. Additional tasks may include preparing reports, providing administrative support to HR operations, and contributing to employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications
Human Resources (HR), HR Management skills to support learning and development activities and coordinate with HR leadership.
HR Operations and HR Policies knowledge to assist in implementing training processes and maintaining accurate documentation.
Employee Relations skills to collaborate with teams, understand development needs, and support a positive workplace culture.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for interacting with employees across levels and delivering training content.
Ability to work night shifts for US processes and be present in office in Rajarhat.
Proficiency in MS Office tools and comfort with digital learning platforms or HRIS software.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn in a rapid-paced, technology-driven environment.
