Roles and Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and onboarding.
Understand the and role requirements to identify and attract suitable candidates.
Source and screen candidates through various recruitment channels.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and relevant stakeholders.
Manage and support a wide range of HR Generalist activities, including perks, HR systems, payroll, and Rewards & Recognition.
Provide HR support across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, exits, confirmations, payroll inputs, compliance and related HR processes.
Act as the HR SPOC for employee queries and concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Support employee counselling, grievance management, and disciplinary actions, as required.
Work closely with the HR Business Partner to implement the performance management process for respective teams.
Plan and coordinate fun-at-work activities and communicate meetings, and other HR engagement initiatives.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to organize and communicate information effectively.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Ability to exercise sound judgement and common sense while maintaining confidentiality.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Robust interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with employees and stakeholders at different levels.
A proactive, responsible, and cooperative team player with a genuine passion for HR.

Mandatory Skills
Experience in candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and end-to-end recruitment.
Good understanding of HR Generalist functions and practices.
