Role & responsibilities
Visit potential B2B customers and companies on a daily basis.
Identify and develop new customers in Ahmedabad and assigned territories.
Generate recent enquiries through direct field visits, references and cold prospecting.
Meet business owners, purchase managers, sales heads and other decision-makers.
Introduce and explain company products to prospective customers.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products.
Prepare quotations and follow up regularly until order closure.
Convert enquiries and leads into confirmed purchase orders.
Develop recent dealers, distributors and business accounts.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Generate repeat business from existing customers.
Achieve monthly sales and customer-acquisition targets.
Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within company-approved guidelines.
Follow up on outstanding payments when required.
Collect information about competitors, pricing and market requirements.
Maintain proper records of customer visits, enquiries, quotations and follow-ups.
Submit daily/weekly field-sales reports.




Coordinate with production, accounts and dispatch teams for smooth order execution.

Preferred candidate profile We are looking for candidates with minimum 3 years of proven FIELD SALES experience in relevant industries.

Candidates currently working or previously employed with Exide, Amaron or similar battery, UPS, inverter, solar, electrical or power-electronics companies will be strongly preferred.
