We are looking for an IndiaMART Expert / Online Sales Executive who can independently manage our IndiaMART profile, product listings, incoming enquiries, and online sales process. The candidate should be comfortable handling everything from product photography and listing to lead follow-ups and converting enquiries into orders.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and regularly update the companys IndiaMART seller account.
Take clear and skilled product photographs and videos for online listings.
Create, upload, and optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, specifications, pricing, keywords, and images.
Maintain the complete online product catalogue and ensure information is accurate and updated.
Monitor and respond to IndiaMART enquiries and leads promptly.
Communicate with potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, and IndiaMART.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Share quotations, pricing, catalogues, product details, and other information with prospective buyers.
Regularly follow up with leads and work towards converting enquiries into confirmed orders.




Negotiate with customers within approved pricing and commercial guidelines.
Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, quotations, conversions, and lost opportunities.
Coordinate internally regarding stock availability, pricing, dispatch, and order status.
Improve product visibility and enquiry quality by regularly optimizing IndiaMART listings.
Track performance, including number of enquiries, response rate, follow-ups, conversions, and sales generated through IndiaMART.
Explore opportunities to generate additional B2B/trade business through online marketplaces.

Skills Required
Hands-on experience with IndiaMART Seller Panel and online B2B selling.
Valuable understanding of product listing and catalogue management.
Strong communication and sales skills.
Ability to confidently handle customer calls and negotiations.
Basic product photography and smartphone photography skills.
Valuable written Hindi and English.
Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, Excel/Google Sheets, email, and online marketplaces.
Strong follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
