Designation : General Manager

Department: Project Execution

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with project sitesand cross-functional teams to ensure timely project execution

Lead complete project lifecyclefrom planning, design coordination, execution to handover of Project.

Oversee site executionincluding civil, structural, finishing, MEP and external development works.

Facilitate coordination betweenEngineering, Procurement, Construction (EPC), Contracts, Finance, andOperations teams.

Support project planning, scheduling, and monitoring activities using project management tools.

Control project cost, budgeting, cash flow planning, and vendor billing certification.

Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, and contractors.





Ensure quality control systemsand adherence to approved drawings & specifications.

Ensure compliance with localstatutory regulations, RERA norms, safety standards, and environmentalguidelines.

Lead procurement strategy, contractor finalization, and rate negotiations.

Track procurement status ofcritical equipment and materials.

Review risk assessment andimplement mitigation strategies to avoid project delays.

Prepare presentations andstatus updates for senior leadership.

Manage large teams includingProject Managers, Engineers, QA/QC, Safety, and Planning teams.

Drive continuous improvementinitiatives for project management processes.
