Key Responsibilities:
Conduct requirement gathering, discovery workshops, and gap analysis.
Map current and future business processes.
Configure and support Epicor Kinetic ERP.
Identify process improvements and drive standardization.
Prepare functional specifications for customizations and enhancements.
Coordinate with technical teams for integrations and development.
Support testing, UAT, training, and change management.
Provide application support as per agreed SLA.
Required Skills:
Robust experience in Epicor Kinetic ERP.
Techno-functional consulting experience.
Valuable knowledge of SQL / SQL Server and databases.
Robust understanding of business processes.
Experience in ERP implementation and application support.
Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, ITIL, and project implementation methodologies.
Experience in requirements analysis and gap analysis.
