What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)
Source candidates: Find relevant profiles using Indian job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed) and employee referrals.
Screen and short-list: Review resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and check if candidates match our budget and culture.
Coordinate interviews: Schedule rounds between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring transparent communication.
Manage offers: Negotiate salaries, release offer letters, and follow up with selected candidates until they join.
Build pipelines: Keep a database of backup candidates ready for future business needs.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements)
Experience: 1 to 4 years of experience in HR recruitment or talent acquisition.
Portal knowledge: Strong hands-on experience using Naukri.com and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Communication:



Valuable English speaking and writing skills to coordinate with candidates and leadership.
Notice period tracking: Ability to follow up closely with candidates during their notice periods to prevent drop-outs.
Education: Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA in HR is a plus, but not mandatory).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
