Learning & Development (L&D;) Intern

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Support the planning, coordination, and execution of learning and development programs across the organization.
Coordinate training calendars, participant nominations, and session logistics.
Maintain training records, attendance, and learning data in internal systems.
Assist in creating training presentations, learning content, job aids, and communication materials.
Collect participant feedback and prepare training effectiveness reports.
Support onboarding and induction programs for current hires.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, trainers, and external training partners.
Conduct research on learning trends, tools, and best practices to enhance employee development initiatives.




Provide administrative support for various L&D; projects and employee engagement initiatives.

What We're Looking For
Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office ( PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace.

Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and work in a quick-paced setting.
