Key Responsibilities
Candidate Sourcing: Assist in talent sourcing through various channels, including job boards, campus placements, and social media platforms.
Resume Screening: Review and filter incoming applications to identify candidates that match job requirements.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews (phone, video, and in-person) between candidates and hiring managers.
Candidate Engagement: Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Job Postings: Help create engaging job descriptions and post job openings on various job platforms and company career pages.
HR Projects: Participate in recruitment drives, employer branding initiatives, or other special HR projects as needed.





Requirements & Qualifications
Currently recently completed a Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Robust written and verbal communication skills.
Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR best practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Ability to handle confidential candidate information with discretion.
Proactive attitude with a eagerness to learn in a quick-paced setting.
