Role Description The General Manager Sales Marketing is a full-time, hybrid role based in Baddi, with some work-from-home flexibility. This role oversees the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies to grow revenue, expand market reach, and strengthen PackRight’s position in the versatile packaging industry. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading and mentoring sales and marketing teams, setting targets, monitoring performance, and supporting key account management.

Marketing will collaborate with production and operations to align customer requirements with product capabilities, ensure timely delivery, and maintain high customer satisfaction.



The role also involves identifying current market opportunities, managing budgets, preparing reports for senior leadership, and representing the company in customer meetings, trade events, and industry forums.

Qualifications
Strong General Management skills, including strategic planning, budgeting, and cross-functional coordination.
Proven Sales experience, with the ability to drive business development, manage key accounts, and achieve revenue targets.
Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills, with a focus on relationship building and after-sales support.
Team Management experience, including coaching, performance monitoring, and fostering a team-oriented work workplace.
Experience in packaging, manufacturing, or related industrial sectors is preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales and marketing strategies.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree is an advantage.
Comfort with hybrid work arrangements and readiness to travel for client visits and industry events when required.
