To lead high-value community expansion and coordinate elite family memberships, we are urgently hiring sharp, target-driven sales and relationship specialists.

Position Overview

As our High-Ticket Sales & Customer Relationship Manager, you will handle incoming inquiries from active digital campaigns, consult prospective patrons regarding our premium membership circles (₹51,000 and ₹1,00,000 tiers), book daily consultations, and close high-ticket family registrations.

Key Responsibilities
Promptly follow up with warm inbound leads generated through Meta campaigns and official web portals.
Professionally communicate the vision, community privileges, and membership tiers (Utsav Parivar & Maa Lakshmi Core Sewa Sankalp) via phone and video calls.




Maintain a consistent daily quota of qualified appointments and membership confirmations.
Engage High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and family heads with polished clarity, dignity, and confidence.
Maintain lead status inside our CRM to nurture ongoing patron relations.

Requirements
Proven track record in telesales, high-ticket conversions, luxury goods/services, hospitality memberships, or CRM operations.
Flawless communication, active listening, and persuasion skills in both English and Hindi.
Highly self-driven, structured, and comfortable operating autonomously in a remote setup.
Available to join immediately (within 1–2 days).
