1)Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for various departments.
Coordinate interviews, selection, documentation and joining formalities.
Maintain employee records, HR files and attendance data.
Support employee engagement, grievance handling and HR initiatives.
5)Assist in HR operations, statutory compliance and payroll coordination.
Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements.
7)Ensure smooth implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Qualification &
Experience
1)MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
2)1–3 years of experience in HR, preferably in the hospitality industry.
3)Valuable communication, interpersonal and coordination skills.
4)Working knowledge of MS Office and basic HR processes.
5)Candidates with hotel/hospitality HR experience will be preferred.
