HR Recruiter

Location: Hyderabad

Shift: Day Shift (9:30 to 6:30)

Experience: Minimum 6 months in recruitment

Salary: Up to 25,000 Take-Home + Incentives

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented HR Recruiter to join our recruitment team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months of recruitment experience and be comfortable handling end-to-end hiring activities, candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination.

Candidates with experience in BPO, IT Recruitment, US IT Recruitment, Sales,

, Manufacturing, or related industries are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial candidate calls and assess candidates for relevant skills, experience, and communication.




Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain and regularly update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Compensation & Growth
First 3 Months: Up to 25,000 Take-Home + Incentives
From 4th Month: Up to 35,000 Take-Home + Incentives
Salary revision from the 4th month will be performance-based, depending on performance during the first 3 months.
Additional recruitment incentives based on performance.
