Role & responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for API manufacturing and corporate functions.
Handle hiring for Production, QA, QC, R&D;, Engineering, EHS, Warehouse and support functions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, consultants, referrals, campus and walk-in drives.
Screen profiles and coordinate technical, functional and HR interviews.
Manage offer release, candidate follow-up and joining process.
Coordinate campus and bulk recruitment drives for freshers and experienced candidates.
Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS and hiring reports.
Coordinate with HRBPs, Business Units and hiring managers for manpower requirements.
Manage recruitment consultants and external agencies.
Ensure timely closure of vacancies as per approved manpower requirements.
Qualification: MBA/PGDM HR preferred
