Role Description The G.S.A – Housekeeping role is a full time, on-site position based at Radisson Blu Indore. The role involves maintaining guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to brand standards, including cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, replenishing amenities, and reporting maintenance issues. The G.S.A – Housekeeping team member interacts with guests in a courteous and qualified manner, responds to guest requests, and supports a welcoming environment.

Daily tasks also include handling laundry items as required, following hygiene and safety protocols, and adhering to hotel policies and procedures.



The role works closely with the housekeeping and front office teams to ensure rooms are ready on time and overall cleanliness supports a high level of guest satisfaction.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong housekeeping skills, including room cleaning, public area upkeep, and attention to detail.
Candidates should possess laundry-related skills, such as sorting, handling, and caring for linens and guest garments.
Candidates should possess customer service skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction, courtesy, and responsiveness.
Candidates should possess effective communication skills to interact clearly with guests and collaborate with team members.
Candidates should possess basic training capabilities, including willingness to learn and support new team members in following standards.
Prior experience in housekeeping or hospitality is preferred; basic knowledge of hygiene and safety practices is beneficial.
Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods, and to work versatile shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
High school education or equivalent is preferred; ability to understand and follow hotel procedures is essential.
