Key Responsibilities
Investigate andresolve complex ERP application issues escalated by L1 support.
Perform databaseanalysis and troubleshooting using SQL queries.
Support ERPintegrations, APIs, and data synchronization processes.
Conduct rootcause analysis (RCA) and prepare detailed incident reports.
Coordinate withdevelopment teams for bug resolution and system enhancements.
Participate inUAT, regression testing, and release validation activities.
Monitorapplication performance and proactively identify potential issues.
Provide technicalguidance to users and support teams.
Ensure adherenceto SLA commitments and maintain accurate ticket documentation.
Interactdirectly withcustomersto understandissues, provideupdates, and ensuretimely resolution.

Required Skills
25 years ofexperience in ERP application support.
Solid SQL anddatabase troubleshooting skills.




Experience withsystem integrations, APIs, and data validation.
Knowledge ofincident management and problem-solving methodologies.
Familiarity withticketing systems and support processes.
Stronganalytical, communication, and customer-facing skills.

Preferred
Experience withmaritime ERP,vesselmanagement, procurement, crewing, PMSor similar enterprise systems.
Exposure to cloudplatforms and enterprise application architecture.
