Purpose
To plan for daily/weekly vehicle delivery as per the marketrequirement. To ensure desired stock level of SKUs at
Warehouse. To plan for parts delivery from feedershops,assembly units, stores to achieve Vehicle Sequence plan.

Role Description
Release vehicle sequence plan conveyorwise based on SAP weekplan and
Warehouse stock of SKUs
Co-ordinate with feeder units/Stores/Central procurement forreceipt of parts for Vehicle/Engine Sequence plan
Release Export packing sequence plan based on FIFO andexecute work ordersCo-ordinate for daily production review and delivery assurance review
Release day production plan of Stranger models within weekas per SAP plan and ensure parts availability
Execute Week plan to achieve Weekly color model servicelevel and No of Runner SKUs color model service level achieved between 95% to 105%
Communicate daily gap analysis for Vehicle/Engine sequenceplan.
Maintain discipline and encourage team working of allmembers of the unit through counseling, coaching and Motivation




Co-ordinate with NPD,CP,PED, Program for initial productionand Mass production of current models in domestic and export.
