Role Description This is a full-time, on-site HR Executive role for MBA freshers, based in Bengaluru. The HR Executive will assist with end-to-end HR operations, including maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment activities, and coordinating onboarding and induction processes.

Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in drafting and implementing HR policies, supporting employee engagement initiatives, and helping resolve basic employee queries under guidance from senior HR team members. The role also involves coordinating with internal departments, preparing HR reports and documentation, and ensuring compliance with organizational procedures. The HR Executive will work closely with senior HR professionals to learn best practices and develop core HR competencies.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess foundational skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management,



with an understanding of core HR functions and best practices.
Candidates should possess skills in HR Operations and HR Policies, including basic knowledge of recruitment processes, onboarding, and policy implementation.
Candidates should possess skills in Employee Relations, with the ability to communicate clearly, handle employee queries professionally, and support a positive work environment.
MBA in Human Resources or related specialization from a recognized institution (freshers encouraged to apply).
Solid interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Proficiency in MS Office tools and comfort with HR documentation and reporting.
Ability to learn quickly, work collaboratively in a team, and adapt to a quick-paced, in office work environment in Bengaluru.
